How's it Work?

At Fresh Graphics, let us do the work while your focus on what's important. We have an easy 3 step process to creating what you need and leaving you satisfied at the end of your project.

Consultation

All projects start with a consultation in person, by phone, or zoom. This is where we discuss the details of the project and answer any questions before beginning.

Proofing

Our proofing process allows the clients to be involved in the design stage by helping build the creation with options from a professional designer.

Finalizing

This is where we dot the "I's" and cross the "T's". Making sure the design is exactly what the client wants and creating any files the client will need for business.

Throughout this process, your Project Lead and Designer will be giving you suggestions to improve in areas based on the information given during your consultation. Which is why it is important to give as much information as possible during your consultation. 

During the Proofing process, don’t be afraid to be transparent with your Designer. Their job is to bring your vision to life, so tell them as much detail as possible. They will make the necessary changes that’s needed to make it how you like it. If you have any questions or concerns on how something will look, your Designer will be there to help.

What do I need to get started?

All you need is an idea of what you are looking for. If you are a new business and are looking for a guide or suggestion on how to brand your company best, book us for a Branding Consultant Meeting where your will get a full guide, start to finish on what's next and what to look for.

 

Do I need to have a design to get started?

No, our Design Team will have you answer a questionnaire and provide you options on your proof.

 

When is payment due?

50% is due upfront and before starting the Proofing Process. The remaining balance is due at the end of the Proof Process.

 

Do you install?

Yes, we do install for an additional small fee.

 

Do you price match?

No. Though we pride ourselves on being affordable, we will not always be the cheapest pricing. But you are always getting a great price when working with Fresh Graphics for the product your are getting. We price ourselves on QUALITY. 

 

Do you offer B2B contracts?

Yes, we work with a variety of businesses on a contract base to provide the service they need.
